RASHMI AIRAN
Rashmi is an internationally recognized corporate and motivational speaker, a ‘Recovering lawyer and investment banker.’ - a woman leader and an entrepreneur. As first generation of Indian parents and the oldest of three daughters, Rashmi was raised with high expectations to achieve. Who then impressively went on to become a very successful lawyer, who graduated with honors from Columbia Law School. During the housing boom, she worked with a real-estate developer who engaged in questionable business practices. Her involvement resulted in a six-month sentence to Federal prison for conspiracy. Now Rashmi, along with raising her two remarkable children, travels the world sharing her story to help illustrate, educate and impact on the importance of conscious leadership. Rashmi redefines what it means to be successful and the need for integrity and emotional intelligence in a continually evolving global world.

Over the last twenty years, Vashti has lived, worked and breathed a life driven by her passion to provoke, inspire and facilitate the transformation and development of human potential. She is an internationally renown mindset and resilience expert, executive and performance coach and global speaker. However, Vashti is most widely known for choosing to convert her own tragic loss into a catalyst to educate and inspire millions of people around the world with her award-winning feature film documentary, Be Here Now. Which tells the story of her late husband, the actor Andy Whitfield (known for his role as Spartacus, in the hit TV series) and their family's journey from the red carpet to the chemo ward. Vashti now collaborates, consults and works alongside extraordinary individuals, businesses and organizations to help harness and inspire human potential, impact and legacy.
